Dealing with a Limited Gift Budget

One of the hardest things to deal with it on Christmas is being able to purchase gifts on a limited or non-existent budget; especially, if you have people to shop for with pricey wish lists.  You may not be able to purchase that new game system this year but you can still give them a gift they will enjoy.  Think thoughtful small gifts or get creative a make something from the heart.

My niece has tons of expensive items on her list but there are a lot of little things she wants.  A simple blind box or even a homemade one will leave her tickled pink.  Grab some cute boxes find some figures at the local dollar store and your done.

Another great idea for kids are small Lego kits.  My niece actually prefers these to the bigger sets. In addition, you could take a box and fill it with some of their favorite candy or you could bake them a box of the chocolate chip cookies they love.

As for the adults on your list - most are happy with a simple card or even a five dollar gift card to get a cup of coffee,  During the season people get a lot of stuff they do not want or need.  It is best to focus on thoughtful gifts they could use.
